Welcome to the Bell Consulting Education and Training Course Catalog.
At the core of all good business practices is good business training. We at Bell Consulting are proud to serve our clients by assisting in the training processes within their organizations. We know that top quality training is not only desirable in today’s business environment, it is critical to your company’s success. We also know that most organizations are not designed primarily for the purpose of educating their workforce, but to provide services to their own customers.
In many, if not most, organizations it doesn’t make sense to keep a cadre of training professionals in-house. It is not cost effective to maintain that type of talent when it is only needed on occasion. In those situations, an outside entity such as Bell Consulting, made up of subject matter experts with real experience, is a valuable asset to those organizations.
This catalog has been broken down into easy to understand topic areas so that you have the ability to quickly choose the training topics that are most important to you. Most of the courses are of very manageable durations of a half-day or one-day in length. In addition, for most full-day courses the topic can be cut down to a very basic half-day course, and a number of the half-day courses can be made more intense as full-day offerings if that is desired by the organization.
You will probably notice as you go through the catalog that some of the courses are listed in more than one topic section. This is intentional, and is due to the fact that those courses have applicability in more than one situation. For example, it is certainly necessary to provide leadership training to new supervisors, but it may also be something that an individual manager may feel weak on. Therefore, Leadership Skills courses are provided in both the New Supervisor Series and the Personal Management sections. Topic sections include:
